EU Committee publishes the communique to welcome to the European parliament through relevant human organ donation and bill transplanted. Committee members responsible for hygiene and consumer's affairs of EU Committee John and Dary say: "As to more than 50,000 patients who waits for organ transplant of European Union, this bill is through indicating European Union takes an important step forward in European parliament, I express welcome to this. " EU Committee says, the common standard that European Union establishes will be guaranteed to donate and transplant quality and security of the organ at a high level, guarantee to donate and go on under the voluntary and free condition at the same time. These standards accept under the best quality and safety condition that it is essential to transplant about the citizen of European Union in need of organ transplant. EU Committee announced European Union about human organ donation and bill and relevant action plan transplanted in December of 2008, require to take active action in all member state, close cooperation, quality and safe common standard of setting up organ donation and transplanting, increase and donate the quantity of the organ, raise the efficiency of the organ transplant system, the standardization of realizing organ donation and transplanting. According to bill and action plan of EU Committee, every member state should set up specialized agency, supervise the implementation of quality of organ donation and safety standard, include setting up the following system of donating the human organ and the reporting systems of accident and serious bad reaction; Member states should guarantee to donate the collection standardization of organ information, guarantee the offering and transplanting correctly of human organ; Member states should also make the concrete plan, the standardization of so as to ensure organ donation and transplanting. According to the agenda of European Union, European Union also needs to get the approval of European Union's minister's council about human organ donation and bill transplanted. The ministers of Ministry of Public Health of 27 countries of European Union will discuss and make the decision to this bill next month. According to statistics of EU Committee, there are more than 50,000 patients to register and wait for organ transplant in European Union at present, 12 people die in waiting every day, wait to transplant heart, liver, dirty patient's mortality of lung and is up to 15%~30%.
