Medical practitioner's project recruited by the health clinics in towns and townships which Ministry of Public Health, the Ministry of Finance set up began to implement last year, our province has employed 173 professional and technical personnels with medical practitioner's qualification and worked for health clinics in towns and townships of the whole province in two years as one of the 8 provinces of the first batch of pilot projects. These medical practitioners are subsidized and given for each person every year by the state revenue 20,000 yuan, provincial finance form a complete set for 10,000 yuan for each person every year within 5 yearsed, accept an appointment of a doctor to include in the health clinics in towns and townships and manage while working out at the same time, and can enjoy the chance that the medical health organ of higher level receives a training, trains preferably.
